Registration Form
- You must be a minimum of sixteen years-old to be enrolled in a Driver Education Program---upon entering class for the first time, you must present a valid form of identification: Learner's Permit, copy of your Birth Certificate, or another acceptable form of ID as indicated by the Connecticut DMV.
- E-Mail us at 'Mark@DriverEducationStation.com' and we will e-mail to you a Registration Form that you can review at your leisure. Be sure to indicate what branch location about which you are inquiring.
- Complete the form and bring it to the first class you attend, along with payment.
- Space is limited---to guarantee your place in class, pre-pay for your program by using PayPal---PayPal is located at the bottom of your town's page. When using PayPal, please indicate the student's name and town.
On-line payment using PayPal (VISA/Mastercard) is located at the bottom of each town's page!
